NEED TO PROGRAM THE TIME ON YOUR PHONE SYSTEM?

Panasonic KX-TVS 50/75/100/125/200/225
* Call the voice mail system by dialing its extension number (typically X165)
* When the system answers, log into the Main Command Menu by dialing: # 6 * 9 9 8
* Enter the password. (Usually 1234 or 998. Contact your installer if these do not work)
* Press 4 to Set the Clock.
* The Voice Mail system will prompt you with the current time in the system.
* If incorrect, press 1 to change then enter correct time in 24-hour format: HHMM. Then press# as stated in prompts.
* The Voice Mail System will prompt you to enter 1 for AM or 2 for PM.
* The Voice Mail system will then state the newly programmed time. You will then be prompted to return for corrections, or to press 2
to accept.
* After setting the correct time, hang up.
Panasonic KX-TA 624/824/1232 Analog Hybrid Series Telephone System
If using a 70xx series phone, begin programming by first moving the Memory switch at the rear of the telephone to the “program”
position.
If using a 77xx series phone, begin programming by first pressing the Program button.
* To select “user” system programming, enter “ * # 1 2 3 4"
* To select “Time and Date” programming mode, enter “000"
* Press the “SP-Phone” button. An example LCD display will be: ‘01 Jan. 1 FRI
* To change the year entry, press the “TRANSFER” button to clear the current entry, and enter the new year in 2 -digit format.
* Press the “FWD/DND” button to proceed to the month setting. Keep pressing the “AUTO ANSWER” button until the desired month is
displayed.
* Press the “FWD/DND” button to proceed to the date setting. To change the current entry, press the “TRANSFER” button and enter the
new date - number be from 1 to 31.
* Press the “FWD/DND” button to proceed to the day-of-week setting. Keep pressing the “AUTO/ANSWER” button until the desired day
of the week is displayed.
* Press the “AUTO DIAL” and then “SP-PHONE” buttons to store the date setting and to proceed to the time settings. Example display
will be: 12:00 PM 24
* To change the hour, press the “TRANSFER” button and enter the new hour - number must be from 1 to 12.
* Press the “FWD/DND” button to proceed to the minute setting. To change the current entry, press the “TRANSFER” button and enter
the new minute - number must be from 1 to 59.
* Press the “FWD/DND” to proceed to the AM/PM setting. Press “AUTO/ANSWER” to select AM to PM.
* Press the “AUTO DIAL” and then the “Hold” buttons to store the time settings.
To end the programming, if using a 70xx series phone move the Memory switch at the rear of the telephone back to the “set” position. If
using a 77xx series phone, simply pick up and replace the handset.

1) At control unit, switch button to PROGRAM position

PANASONIC KXT Series Telephone System
Setting the time must be completed from an LCD Display phone at Extension 11, using the telephone keypad. This system type
requires “Easa-phone” series or a 7000 series model telephone (the model number is listed on the bottom of the phone) that has one
or more small switches located at the rear of the phone. Digital “XDP” phones cannot be used on this system type!
To set the time:
* Lift the handset or press “SP-Phone” button on Extension 11.
* Dial “77"
* Enter the hour with 2 digits. (01 through 12)
* Enter the minute with 2 digits. (00 through 59)
* Dial (0) for AM or (1) for PM.
* Press the “#”
* Wait for confirmation tone. (Instantly after pressing the # button, new time counting will start).
3) At control unit, switch button back to SET position.

Panasonic KX-TD 816/1232 Digital Super Hybrid Series Telephone System
Setting the date and time must be completed from an LCD Display Attendant phone, using the telephone keypad. This system type
typically uses digital “XDP” model telephones (the model number is listed on the bottom of the phone), but can also utilize the 7000
series phones. The following procedure assumes use of an “XDP” Attendant telephone.
Begin programming by first pressing the Program button:
* To select “user” system programming, enter “ * # 1 2 3 4"
* To select “Time and Date” programming mode, enter “000"
* Press the “SP-PHONE” button. An example LCD display will be:
‘01 Jan. 1 FRI
* To change the year entry, press the “TRANSFER” button to clear the current entry, and enter the new year in 2-digit format.
* Press the “FWD/DND” button to proceed to the month setting. Keep pressing the “AUTO ANSWER” button until the desired month is
displayed.
* Press the “FWD/DND” button to proceed to the date setting. To change the current entry, press the “TRANSFER” button and enter
the new date - number be from 1 to 31.
* Press the “FWD/DND” button to proceed to the day-of-week setting. Keep pressing the “AUTO/ANSWER” button until the desired
day of the week is displayed.
* Press the “AUTO DIAL” and then “SP-PHONE” buttons to store the date setting and to proceed to the time settings. An example
display will be:

* To change the hour, press the “TRANSFER” button and enter the new hour - number must be from 1 to 12.
* Press the “FWD/DND” button to proceed to the minute setting. To change the current entry, press the “TRANSFER” button and
enter the new minute - number must be from 1 to 59.
* Press the “FWD/DND” to proceed to the AM/PM setting. Press “AUTO/ANSWER” to select AM or PM.
* Press the “AUTO DIAL” and then the “HOLD” buttons to store the time settings.
* Pick up and then replace the telephone receiver to end the programming procedure.

From X101 with the phone idle:
Press: PROGRAM * # 1 2 3 4
Display: Sys. Pro. No?>
Press: 000
Display: Date & Time Set
Press: ENTER
Note: Use Navigation arrow keys
Press: NEXT to go to time
Enter in the new time.
Press: AUTO-DIAL STORE button to save
Confirmation tone will be given
*Pick-up and hang-up handset when finished

From any display phone in the system:
1. Press On/Off
2. Press “Prog”
3. Press “**”
4. Dial the “Password”
5. Press “FF8"
6. Dial 81001
7. Dial in new time in 24 hr format.
8. Press Hold and then “On/Off”
Note: Default password is typically “9999”


Panasonic KX-T123211D Telephone System
1. Use phone with intercom number 101 (probably the receptionist's phone). It will change the time for all phones.
2. Move MEMORY switch on back of that phone to PROGRAM.
3. Keep handset down and press 0 on touch-tone dial.
4. Dial year with two digits (e.g. 97 for 1997).
5. Dial month with two digits (e.g. 01 for January).
6. Dial date with two digits (e.g. 03 if today is the third day of the month).
7. Dial day with one digit (1 for Monday, 2 for Tuesday, 3 for Wednesday, 4 for Thursday, 5 for Friday, 6 for Saturday, 0 for
Sunday).
8. Dial hour with two digits (i.e. 01 for 1 o'clock).
9. Dial minutes with two digits (i.e. 07 for 7 minutes).
10. Dial 0 for AM, or 1 for PM
11. Press either AUTO DIAL/STORE or AUTO/MEMORY, depending on your phone.
Move MEMORY switch on back of phone to SET.

- From the Attendant’s display phone.
1. Press “On/Off”
2. Press “Prog”
3. Press “##”
4. Press “FF1 key”
5. Dial 1#, 2#
6. Dial the time in 24 hr format.
7. Press #
8. Press “On/Off”
